WE WELCOME ALL EXCHANGES.

ALL return and exchange must be initiated within 14days of purchase. Any factory defects must also be reported within 14days for warranty replacement. We will gladly send you a new one. After 14days, you are no longer eligible for exchange and we have no further liability. Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to transcendla. We will resend the exchanged item to you for free. You can exchange merchandise for any item or items of equal value, or you may increase and pay the cost increase. We can’t allow any downgrade that would result in a refund.

Please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice and copies of any correspondence you have had with Customer Service. Please specify the name of the product you would like in exchange, and what size you would like. Include a screenshot of your confirmation with your return package or email the confirmation with your order number to “customersupport@trancendla.com”. WE WILL SEND THE REQUESTED PRODUCT ONCE WE RECEIVE THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT/s.

If you receive and item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support(customersupport@transcendla.com) immediately.

Exchanges will be send after the inspection of the product(s) you sent to transcendla.

We will notify you via email if there are changes in our policy.
